Managing Consultant | Multidisciplinary Infrastructure Project


Served as Managing Independent Consultant for the Northern Territory Government within a complex government infrastructure environment, overseeing multidisciplinary consultant coordination, governance alignment, ICIP integration, procurement structuring, and structured reporting for various infrastructure project management initiatives.


Undertook client-side design reviews from 20% through to 95% design development, ensuring alignment with scope, governance requirements, cultural integrity, and delivery objectives while emphasizing Indigenous community engagement throughout the process.


Applied commercial oversight and strategic program discipline across architectural, engineering, cultural, and specialist consultant streams to ensure delivery integrity, accountability, and program stability, particularly in the context of renewable energy systems.


Supported local content participation by engaging Territory-based contractors and independent operators. Utilised contractual position to provide pro bono advisory support to emerging businesses, assisting with ABN establishment and strengthening business readiness and commercial positioning within the broader industry market.

Project Management | Renewable Infrastructure


Managed delivery of the jointly funded civil infrastructure project by the Commonwealth and Northern Territory Government for the Solar Street Lighting Upgrades along the Stuart Highway, supporting the Northern Territory's "Towards Zero" road safety initiative while promoting Indigenous community engagement.


Led market engagement during the tender phase to enhance local and Indigenous participation, thereby strengthening industry readiness in infrastructure project management.


Undertook technical evaluation and product selection of the Green Frog Systems standalone solar lighting system, intentionally eliminating underground cabling to minimize environmental disturbance and reduce civil works associated with renewable energy systems.


Selected a solution with integrated remote monitoring capability, improving asset oversight, maintenance efficiency, and long-term lifecycle performance across remote highway locations.


Coordinated pre-construction drone surveys and managed implementation within live highway conditions.


The project was delivered on time and within budget.
